Play Games, Unlock Badges, Win Points, and Redeem for Rewards! It’s that easy!
Your Shoutouts Feed features Challenge Cards that explain how to play Gratia Games. Each card shows the badges you can earn, how many points they’re worth, and your progress.
You can also earn points by:
- Referring a teammate
- Reaching a work milestone

Receiving points from your supervisor or manager
Your points balance appears at the top of your Shoutouts Feed. Once you’ve earned enough points, redeem them for rewards like pay differentials, gift cards, or cash cards (based on your eligibility).
To view available rewards and their point values, tap Rewards in the bottom menu or open the menu (☰) in the top right corner and select Rewards.
